Machimiya finds Kinjou in the cafeteria and asks him to perform a magic trick (he heard from Onoda that it’s Kinjou’s hobby). Kinjou takes from Machimiya a star-shaped magnet and holds it in his right fist. He holds up his left fist as well and asks Machimiya which fist he thinks it’s in. Machimiya says, definitely the left. Kinjou opens both fists to show that the star is in neither of them.
Machimiya: “Where did it go?!”
Kinjou: “Look at your belt buckle.”
Machimiya: “Huh? The magnet is stuck to it. When did that happen?! Show me one more time!”
Kinjou: “Sorry, but I have stuff to do. Let’s just say that you sucked out my star.”
